There are many books out there today that advise “Would Be Investors” into utilizing Real Estate Investment, as a powerful tool to gain wealth. One of the most popular books is the best seller “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. There are plenty of great points the book makes in regards to attaining wealth. One of the key points one can take to heart is the idea of investing in Real Estate- the “headliner” in creating an investment portfolio that leads to the road in attaining wealth. Another major point in the book is the classification of people as either “Reader” or “Doer”. Many people read the books, but only a few actually apply what has been read and learned.
