Patrick Quitevis has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over fifteen years.  He is both a California and Nevada Real Estate Broker.  His transactions include residential and commercial land investments.  Additionally, he has expertise in home building for speculative sales.  Prior to employment with Precious Properties, Mr. Quitevis served for seven years as a Mortgage Broker for Triple P Mortgage, in which he handled loans from origination to close.

Mr. Quitevis believes in providing excellent services for his investors that are cutting edge; this stems from his background in Computer Science, in which he merits degrees.  His professionalism is additionally demonstrated in the trust built with his clientele, by which he ensures that each transaction is upheld in the best interests of the investor.  It is through diligence that he warrants that positive results transpire for clients and investors. 

He is a certified property manager and holds memberships for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas (CALV), and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR).
