Mr. Primo Quitevis Jr. has been exclusively involved in real estate and finance throughout his career, servicing the states of California and Nevada. A most recent achievement of Mr. Quitevis includes the development of Pahrump’s Beverly Plaza. Leases have been executed with Quiznos’ Subs which is a National tenant, bringing the first of its chain to Pahrump, and Nevada Restaurant Services Inc. a Regional tenant, bringing the second of its chain.

 Prior to establishing Rockwell Commercial Group, Mr.Quitevis served as a real estate consultant for Precious Properties.  In less than two years alone, he was able to sell more than 100 acres of Pahrump land; thus, being noted as the highest sales associate in Pahrump.  Mr. Quitevis’s expertise is shown in his ability to diligently satisfy customers and his capacity to effectively meet his investor’s needs. Professionalism is a standard of Mr. Quitevis, which is clearly demonstrated through every service transaction.  His background is further strengthen by his experience from Ryland Homes and Mortgage Company.  Ryland, known as a leading Homebuilder provided Mr. Quitevis his competency in Secondary Marketing, which included the trading of Mortgage Backed Securities and the creating of new loan programs, for branches nationwide.

Mr. Quitevis holds a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the California State University of Northridge. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas (CALV), and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR).
