Patrick Quitevis has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over fifteen years. He is both a California and Nevada Real Estate Broker. Prior to employment with Precious Properties, Mr. Quitevis served for seven years as a Mortgage Broker for Triple P Mortgage, in which he handled loans from origination to close.

Prior to establishing Rockwell Commercial Group, Mr.Quitevis served as a real estate consultant for Precious Properties. In less than two years alone, he was able to sell more than 100 acres of Pahrump land; thus, being noted as the highest sales associate in Pahrump. Mr. Quitevis’s expertise is shown in his ability to diligently satisfy customers and his capacity to effectively meet his investor’s needs. Professionalism is a standard of Mr. Quitevis, which is clearly demonstrated through every service transaction.
